Rudy Giuliani associate Lev Parnas said he was giving media interviews about his role in President Trump’s attempts convince Ukrainian officials to announce an investigation into former Vice President Joe Biden because he wanted to protect himself from Attorney General William Barr.

Parnas, who is under indictment on campaign finance charges in the Southern District of New York, which is overseen by Barr’s office, went on to describe Trump as a “cult leader.”
"I don’t think Trump is like organized crime,” Parnas said, “I think he’s a cult leader uy Cialis.”
Parnas, who is free on bond, described a tense meeting in jail with his former lawyer John Dowd, who also represented Trump. According to Parnas, Dowd and Kevin Downing visited Parnas in jail to try to talk him out of cooperating with the House impeachment inquiry.
“Were they telling you to sacrifice yourself to protect the President?” Maddow asked.
“That's the way I felt,” Parnas replied, adding that he told the two lawyers, "If you don't get out of here right now, something bad is going to happen." He then fired them. His current lawyer, Joseph Bondy, was at his side for the interview.

60mph roadwork speed limit considered to tackle motorway congestion
Speed limits could be raised up to 60mph through roadworks as Highways England looks to combat congestion and lessen the impact of repairs.
The government-owned company has been testing different speed limits since September 2016, and in two further tests found drivers' heart rates were lower when driving faster through roadworks.
Jim O'Sullivan, chief executive of Highways England, told the Times newspaper that the 60mph limit was "something that we want to introduce to as many roadworks as possible Buy Cialis".

More than 36 participants took part in each trial and were provided with dash cams and watches incorporating heart rate monitors and GPS trackers to monitor their reactions.
The tests took place at 60mph on the M5 between junction 4a (Bromsgrove) to 6 (Worcester), and at 55mph on the M3 in Surrey between junction 3 and 4a.
Highways England said that during these trials 60% of participants recorded a decrease in average heart rate in the 60mph trial zone, and 56% presented a decrease on the 55mph trial.
The initial trials which began last year, taking into account safety implications and journey times, have also been undertaken on the M1 near Sheffield between junctions 32 and 35a, and the A1 Leeming to Barton scheme.
Highways England said further trials are expected to take place later this year, and depending on the results of these it is likely the higher limits could be introduced more widely in 2018.
